CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Any questions can be directed to Hollister, and clarifications provided upon request.

  • Payment must be delivered BEFORE art is produced. Payment plans can be negotiated, but down payments must be completed before any art is created.

  • Customer has right to up to three complete revisions during sketching process. After which, customer may request small changes until the rendering phase.

  • Prices are in $USD.

  • Refunds are available upon request IF the art cannot be completed within either 3 weeks OR the agreed time frame (time-sensitive commissions incur additional fees)

  • Resulting art can be used for any NON-Commercial purpose. Commercial license is available, but at a higher rate.

  • Artist reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason if they deem it necessary. Customers will receive a full refund in this case.

  • Customers may NOT use any art created to spread hate-speech or political agenda. Also, NO blockchain/NFT/generative AI.

Anything illegal, obviously. I reserve the right to deny any request if it makes me uncomfortable.
NSFW is restricted for only mutuals!!

Small art! Best suited for less detailed designs, but available for all. Headshot-fullbodies are the same price due to the simplicity of the style
